Commissions

An original oil painting can capture so many memories: a special person, pet, place or event. I can work from a favorite photograph. Good-sized well-focused photos produce the best results.

PETS: Your pet is a member of your family. Capture a moment and keep the memories alive with a custom fine art oil painting.

PEOPLE: Portraits of people from your photographs either in a posed position or engaged in their favorite activity.

LANDSCAPE: Want a painting of one of the beautiful places you've visited while on vacation? Just furnish the artist with a clear photograph. It's as simple as that. Home portraits make great heirloom pieces .

NEW! STILL LIFES: What collection of items make you smile or think of someone or a speciial event in your life. Arrange them into a still life you like and take a photo or bring them to me and I will help you.

Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 1/3 of the total is required before work is to proceed. Balance is due upon delivery. Applicable taxes will be added.

The artist will call the client to inspect the work prior to delivery. Any changes the client wishes will be made at that time. If the portrait is satisfactory the client will sign off on it and a temporary coat of varnish will be applied before delivery. The final coat of varnish should be applied, either by the artist or framer, one year after completion.
